In winter, walk just a few houses down to the Homeowners Trail and ski to the Gold Link Lift. When snow conditions allow, you can ski back close to the house at the end of the day. In summer, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, and the base area are all nearby. The main level is designed for gathering, with an open kitchen, dining area, and expansive great room beneath vaulted ceilings. A dramatic two-story river-rock fireplace anchors the living room, and large windows make the mountain views the centerpiece of the space. The well-equipped kitchen features a six-burner gas range, plenty of room for cooking for a group, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Step outside to enjoy multiple decks, including outdoor dining and a gas grill during the warmer months. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite feels like its own retreat, with a four-poster queen bed, sitting area, beautiful views, and an enormous walk-in closet. The oversized primary bathroom includes a deep Jacuzzi soaking tub and a separate tiled shower with dual showerheads. Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One bedroom has its own private deck. Two full bathrooms serve this level, along with a separate family/TV room—a great spot for movie nights or for kids and adults to spread out. For ski days, the two-car garage includes ski racks and boot dryers, with additional parking available in the driveway.
